Hello, I’m Lauren!

My yoga journey began in 2015 and eventually led me to earn my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2022. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others—especially children.

As a teacher, preschool director, and yoga instructor, I bring my experience in education and mindful movement into Northern Colorado classrooms, preschools, and childcare programs. I love creating playful, engaging experiences where children can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness while developing tools to support their growing minds and bodies.

My classes focus on nervous system regulation through age-appropriate yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and mindful exploration. Through stories, movement, games, and connection, children learn to recognize their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy ways to navigate life's ups and downs.

I believe early childhood is a sacred season of life, a time when children are developing the foundations for how they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. By introducing mindfulness, movement, and self-regulation tools during these formative years, we can nurture healthy emotional, social, and physical development while empowering children with skills that can support them throughout their lives. This belief is at the heart of Sacred Sprouts Yoga: tending to the whole child as they grow, learn, and flourish.

It is a joy and privilege to share these practices with children and help create spaces where they feel safe, supported, and empowered to be exactly who they are!
